CLIENT'S CHARTER
DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES SARAWAK

1. Veterinary Health Inspection services will be carried out within three (3) days from the date of registration.
    
2. Applications for new licenses and license renewals will be processed within 90 days from the date the application is received, subject to the specified terms and conditions.
    
3. Advisory services for livestock projects will be acted upon and feedback will be provided within seven (7) working days from the date the application is received.
    
4. Applications for Import and Export Permits will be processed within three (3) working days, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
    
5. Public complaints through the Talikhidmat system will be resolved within 14 working days from the date the complaint is received.
